Brenda, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, now resides in Rome, Italy. She is proud to be one of the Human Garage coaches, having discovered HG about two years ago. After experiencing immediate improvements, she eagerly dove into their programs.

As a professional dancer, Brenda worked with Michael Jackson and performed in various Broadway musicals and television shows. With over 30 years in the health and fitness industry, she has dedicated her career to aligning and improving bodies.
